TIP 1. POSTURE
In your next run, after you’ve warmed up, check you have good posture. Then near the end, when perhaps you are more tired than at the start, check it again. Has anything changed?
TIP 2. ENJOY THE TOP OF THE HILLS
The next time you run up a hill, remember to look back down and enjoy the view.
TIP 3. CELEBRATE THE LITTLE THINGS
Perhaps you did four weeks of consistent training. Again. But remember to celebrate that! Or perhaps you went running in the rain whereas you’d normally hide at home. Pat yourself on the back. Getting fitter and faster is the sum total of lots of little wins.
